The Dishes You Can’t Take Off the Menu (Even When We Want To)

At Bodega 1830, our menus are always evolving—seasonal shifts, new ideas from the kitchen, and creative dishes inspired by the world around us. Yet, among all these changes, there are some dishes that simply refuse to leave the table. Not because we're stubborn, but because you, our guests, just won't let them go.

Take our Crispy Chicken Tenders. We thought we'd give them a rest—take them off the menu, try something new. It seemed straightforward enough, but we were quickly proven wrong. Even off-menu, the orders kept pouring in. "Can we still get those tenders?" became the most frequently asked question. So, of course, they're back where they belong—crispy, golden, and irresistible.

Then there's our Pork Belly. This dish has been with us since the very start, slowly braised and perfectly crisped. It's a comforting staple that has stood firm through every menu update and chef's whim. Why? Because it's just that good, and you keep telling us so, one empty plate at a time.

These dishes are reminders of why we love what we do—they're your favourites, they're our classics, and they're not going anywhere anytime soon. As much as we love innovation, we love your satisfaction even more.
